Sydney is the heart of our training program—a gifted horsewoman whose feel, timing, and patience set the tone for everything we do at Double 11. With more than a decade of hands-on experience, she has developed a reputation for bringing out the very best in green, sensitive, and troubled horses. Sydney is also an accomplished competitor in Hunter Jumper and has showcased her versatility by competing in the Wild to Mild Challenge and the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. Her journey includes formal training through Steady Horse, where she deepened her understanding of equine behavior and refined her approach to building confidence from the ground up. She has a natural ability to read a horse’s emotional state, create connection through kindness and clarity, and guide both horse and rider toward a partnership built on trust. Sydney’s passion isn’t just in developing horses—it’s in helping people grow alongside them, creating meaningful, transformative experiences for every client she works with.
Chad brings a rare blend of professional leadership experience and a lifetime of true horsemanship to Double 11. Born into the Western lifestyle, he developed a natural connection with horses at an early age and has carried that passion throughout his life. He loves colt starting, problem solving, and building riders’ horsemanship skills, and is known for his ability to create clarity, softness, and confidence in every horse he works with. His approach—rooted in communication, connection, and consistency—has been shaped through years working with respected trainers, serving as a Steady Horse–certified coach, and teaching riders of all skill levels and disciplines. Chad’s talent lies in breaking things down into simple steps that make sense to both horse and human, empowering people to become the leaders their horses can trust. As a clinician, coach, and trainer, Chad is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients and helping them achieve real, measurable progress.
